Hi, Can I assume it's a manual g/box? There is a breather pipe I believe, so make sure that hasn't come off. It definately looks like water has got in. If a manual box make sure you use MTF94 oil. If it was mine I'd run it for a short while then change it agine to be sure. Griff

Hi, The D2 clutches can be a devil to bleed. Make sure you have good pedal pressure first before going any further. I always use a kit with a non return valve in to bleed mine. Griff

Hi, Did you renew the spigot bush when you did the clutch? I have heard that a defective one can cause selection problems because it keeps the gears spinning. Griff

It might have had a defernder pump fitted in the past which I believe can cause problems even though they fit ok. Griff

Hi, Just to add to the advice in the second post -before starting the engine press the pedal several times untill it goes hard - then start engine with foot on pedal and you should fell it go down slightly. Griff

Hi, I didn't have any problem when I fitted mine -plug & play. You do need to make sure the brake and clutch switches/fuses are actually working. Electrical wizzards will be along soon. Griff

Hi Bill, The three most common causes for the amigos are 1) Faulty hub bearing 2) faulty abs sensor 3) Faulty shuttle valve (Do a search for SVS mod) Also, be aware that after clearing the fault codes you need to drive the vehicle as well to reset. Griff

The 6 digit code is the one in this ket begining 2A. The longer one is on the label. Nanocom uses the 6 digits. HTH, Griff

Just make sure it's NOT for a Rover 75 car. They don't have a piece of elecrtikery inside like the D2. Griff

Can also be the bottom bush needs replacing

I'd strongly suspect the bag as it is probably opening the leak when in normal height and rolled over. Try spraying soappy water on it and look for bubbles. Griff
