Evening All! Disco 1 200tdi, speedo needle broke so I have changed the entire binnacle but now the handbrake light, diff lock light and pre-warm light are on constantly, the fuel gauge reads the temp and the temp gauge goes immediately to red on start up!! I've checked all connections and...

You carefully bend the plastic and the tabs that hold the box in place come out. As for alignment, draw a chalk line on garage door before you remove and line up when you fit the new one. Obviously you will turn your lights on to know where to put the chalk line!

Parts mainly easy and cheap, 90 doors are a bit pricey even used, i'd stick series doors on, a lot easier to find and a lot cheaper, you can buy a new set for the price of used 90 doors. If its not leaking oil it means its run out.
