Hi actually I have sussed it over night. Having killed 5 plugs -ugh. the contacts have an up and a down. When they go in the right way they then click. Then you can click yellow retainer in. they are econoseal type.

I am upgrading my lights form the normal ones to RDX LED ones. They come with the connectors in three parts. The crimped blades, the black plug and a yellow bit for the middle of the plug. I appear to be being dense in that if I push the wires through the back of the black plug and then clip on...

how do you get these adapters off? Tried a few Allen keys but they seem too small to not round it off. I have one adaptor that will not sit straight on the arm. thanks
