What is the engine oil capacity on a defender 200 tdi engine? Whats the best oil to use? Can we use full synthetic like Moblie 1 / the top of the line Castrol.

Mine is like a petrol engine, you can hardly hear it. Its done only 90,000 miles. Changed the oil and its runs like a dream. Damn its so quite.

THanks guys will go in for the OME shocks and springs. But am confused on the steering damper as OME do not have a RTC Steering damper. I think Terrafirma & some other make have one.
