Guys my 200tdi def viscous unit has failed because I think the fan was rubbing against the cowl. Can I remove the fan cowl and will it make a huge difference if the cowl is not there. I may buy the Revotec electric fan unit.

I have a 1991 Defender 110. Does anyone know what is the Wheel PCD & offset. I am planning on changing my wheels and want to know the correct PCD and offset required. I have disc upfront and drums at the back. I thought it was 155 where as in some search's it says 165. Totally confused.

I too get a Clunk sound from the front, especially when changing gears on the highway! There is a play in my prop shafts and maybe the diffs.

My Def 110 does not have it and I am planning on getting them for the front and rear. I have a 3" Extra heavy duty OME springs front and back and also the new OME nitrosport shocks. Use the 110 75% on road and 25% offroad over the weekends.Will this make a huge diff by adding the roll bars?
