Hi Jim, is yours an XS or standard and is it a TD5? I have just tested every switch and everything works! No volts on it it but if it’s a prewire for an option I guess the relay would not be there!

Nope, press the button and it makes a noise, so the horn is connected. I was thinking of prewiring for factor front dog lights but it’s in the wrong position to my thinking.

Rear washer works fine! I thought of head lamp levelling but it’s only on one side so I ruled that out!

The doors are from a guy i know who was rebuilding a written off Puma when it was nicked from outside paintshop. The cards are £50 each, so I might take a punt.

Has anybody fitted Puma door cards to a TD5 90, if so what are the mods that need to be done? I was about to buy some new cards for my TD5 but somebody offered me a set but they are puma ones but apparently you can fit them to a TD5 doors

Thank you for the link, great info there, unfortunately I could not find any info on the plugs I found in the car. The document was actually from 1997 so I guess these cables and plugs options came in with the TD5.

I have pulled off part of the dash and can see a number of plugs for the back of the switches taped back but not sure what they are for, any idea anybody, I don’t have any electric windows, mirrors, heated seats or spot lights!

Yep, the rod on the door barrel is just dangling. The internal button lock’s rod is push hard against the internal door open handles rod. If nobody has any pictures, I will have to take the passengers door card off but I don’t really want to as the window winder handle is a pain to get off.
