A guy called press brake, on here, does fantastic rear cross members, 6mm steel very well made. Quite a few peeps on here have em and swear by em. Had mine a couple of years now, got it galved at work and is solid.

I smacked my thumb with a lump hammer when knocking out radius arm bushes, full blown blow from above head height. Urt a lot, then had to Finnish fitting bushes and radius arms as it was booked in for the mot.

Yup, works very well. Done everywhere in me truck, definitely works. Use a hot air gun to help mould round awkward bits and helps adhere.gone a bit overboard on soundproofing tbh, I've also got 25mm thick closed cell foam under the bonnet, better than dynamat and cheaper.

Fitted a set of leccy windows myself a couple of years ago, similar kit, easy to fit and so far no problems. About 30quid of eBay. No limit switches or modules, just reverse pole Carling switches in place of the ones supplied.
