I'm with Saint, rear valley gasket.Easy enough job, few nuts and bolts. Few hours work at an easy pace, need a torque wrench for the inlet manifold.

There is also a sensor on one of the metal pipes that go into the heater matrix, you can see it if look up under the dash on the drivers side, mine went bad and caused the book symbol to show up. All good once replaced.

    P38A problem with air suspension

Hi, it could be you have an electrical fault, if you remove the passenger side kick panel you will see 2 white blocks check them for corrosion or broken pins, most people including myself cut the blocks out solder and heatshrink the wires back together, also could be a dodgy driver pack too...

P38 DSE - Suspension gone crazy

It does sound like your driver pack could be playing up but also check the white connector blocks behind passenger side kick panel, these are notorious for getting damp and the pins either going rusty or snapping off altogether as mine did, ì would also check all connections in the EAS box too...

    P38A Slight leak

Hi pete, Alan is correct they are the throttle body heater pipes, you can bypass the throttle body heater plate very easily. One of those pipes return to the expansion tank and one connects to a small nipple on the inlet manifold just behind the air con pump, what i did was remove the air con...
