Thanks for the rely guys. Did you do the painting yourselves or get a paint shop to do it? If the paint shop done it how did you get the like of the roof, rear tub there?

So I currently rebuilding my 300Tdi 90 and was planning on spraying the panels myself then fitting to the 90. Well after reading about 2k paint and not having anywhere to paint it other than my single or back garden (in a gazebo with sides) I've decided to put it back together and get a paint...

Where the steelwork is sandwiched together would have caused problems further down the line I suspect hence...

Cheers guys I get 922mm at the bottom and +10mm at the top but as said hopefully this will pull in once the sides/roof are fitted

I’m replacing lots of my rear tub and made the cardinal sin of not taking the measurements at the rear. Can someone do me a big favour and measure the rear door opening in 3 places as shown in the photo. Mine is 10mm bigger at top. I did have it pulled in at top but sprang when I removed clamp...

My marsland 90 chassis was £3100, then once in bits I've spent a fortune to date and not finished. New galv bulkhead, suspension, fuel tank, engine/gearbox mounts, clutch, timing belt, rec gearbox and transfer box, loads of repair panels from YRM for tub....... the list goes on!
