    I know it says you can jack up on the diff case , but can you jack if you have diff guards fitted , or will it put to much strain on the bolts holding it on .

    well well , i liquid wrenched oiled the front spring seat's + tops , shoved the secured trolley jack a bit + axle stands , moved the jack handles but all seemed to be fine and secure (there temp home whilst still working) Shunted it back and to and NO clunk . ... No idea , i can only guess all...

    Just noticed that the other seal in the BEARMACH kit has a larger ID than the other , i fitted the smaller , as it was the corteco seal i ordered separately . hope this helps anyone doing a search .

    Just in case anyone reads this old thread , THERE ARE ALSO 2 type of seals that fit in the front stub , both come in the Bearmach kit ... just to add to the confusion . I put in the wrong seal , so had to remove the needle roller bearing to change the seal , i checked the bearing it felt fine...
