    Help With LED Indicators

The easiest way would be the red spade connectors, get the covered ones which will keep the weather out a bit better. You can get them on eBay or you could nip to Halfords and they’ll have them in smaller quantities. Have a look on YouTube if your not sure on how to use them. But it’s straight...

    Help With LED Indicators

I think if it was me id be cutting them, putting individual connectors on and connecting them to the corresponding wires. It’s probably the easiest way. Ash

Bigger as in wheel size itself or bigger tyres in 15inch? Not just yet. I’ve got a few small things to do to get on the road. Finish buffing one side, put a couple of rivets in, fit the stereo which should be here tomorrow, top up all fluids and a few other bits. Should hopefully be done this...

Thanks for the kind words. I’ve taken a few things out because of the photo bucket issue, so it’s not as in depth as I intended it to be. I can’t quite remember off the top of my head but I think the tyres are 30x12.5x15 Goodyear Wrangler MTRs. I’m open to sensible offers for all 5, they’re...

    90 project

This week has seen the rear section of the exhaust made, painted and fit I’ve wired the front speakers in and have had to send my headunit back to swap it for another one, seems as tho the newer kenwood units don’t work after a speaker had shorted out  And another picture of how...

Thanks. Yeah it has a clear lense but a red bulb. The edge of the tread sits flush with the arch. I would ideally like to get rid of these tyres and get some all terrain ones that aren’t as chunky.

I haven’t been haven’t been on here much, lost a bit of interest knowing I had to go and sort all the pictures out, however I’ve now changed them all so they should work. And a few progress pics... Got the back door on It’s currently glazed and has the catch and spare wheel on it. I’ll get...

Rear door is painted and on, it does need some adjustment though as the gaps are shocking. Also test fit a front door and then got them painted up. Can't upload any pictures. What's going on with photobucket?!

Gravitex on footwells, battery box, etc

You can put either high build or wet on wet primer over the top of etch primer. I wouldn't etch prime something and then paint for example. I would etch prime then prime, rub that down and then paint. So you could etch prime first, followed by a coat of primer followed by your stonechip. It...

Gravitex on footwells, battery box, etc

Yeah, that would be fine. If I was just painting it I wouldn't go so coarse, but the stonechip will cover everything so you can stonechip over 100's, I would prime first, let it flash off and then stonechip. Degrease after sanding the paintwork also before applying the etch to bare metal areas...

Gravitex on footwells, battery box, etc

It will be fine. I've done my bulkhead and footwells with it (not the bits you see obviously) and then painted over it once it's dry. It's the same rubberised coating that manufacturers put on sills etc to protect from stonechip. Upols gravitex is one of the better ones out there also, it'll...

The roof is definitely black, just very dusty :p Soooooo some more progress. It is a bit of a slow burner as paying work is taking priority outside of my day job but I feel as though I'm a lot closer. Eventually managed to get the rock sliders and the rear cross member painted in gloss black...
