if he still has the original 200tdi engine it might be worth significantly more than it is curently as a non runner with a **** engine.... unless the piston exited the block stage left id be surprised if the 200 cant be refurbed.

good to know this kwakerman .... i have an LT85 and a tranny tunnel to go with i need to flog. .... IIRC going to V8 (as i was going too) you just need to hack a bit of the seat box and the bulkhead and with the right tranny tunnel it hides all the hacking :D

folks , eyes peeled , guy i went to school with has had his 90 nicked by some scumbags back in Arbroath (east coast scotland) 500 quid reward for information leading to recovery of this truck.

remove the manifold gasket cut a piece out between atmos and inlet .... she whistles like a banshee after that .... Stupid idea mind.

putting in either of the later dashes just makes it look like your driving a ford focus on stilts from the cab .... it also makes it undrivable for me at 6ft 4. I kept original dash and fitted series 2 piece doors with no door cards to give me room to swing a cat..... if its a new defender you...

certainly was for me .... it was horrendous. i threw them in my waste oil tub for a week - washed them off and refitted them. heaps better but still nto as smooth as the old ones - but they were practically 2 pieces :D

you have removed all the plastic plugs right ? you havnt left a blockage in there by accident when you changed all.

micra doesnt have near as much damage as i thought for the state of your landy .... :O

your insurance will still go up 500 id bite their hand off mate you have to answer the "i have been in an accident fault/non fault" as yes ..... and apparently having even a non fault accident puts you statistically mroe likely to have another. its worth avoiding claiming imo.....
