    Bearmach brake shoes

I have had ongoing probs like yours. I file down the braking material...usual just the part of the shoe that show contact marks with the drum. Have to go back a bit sometimes...crap aren't they.

    injector pump adjustment

Heard of lots having trouble with it...you screw a bolt in...if the bolt is snug it will act as a piston and put pressure on the diaphragm...which boost the fuel supply which is what is does as the turbo send extra pressure to it....req more fuel. Think Richard Glencoyne mentions it on his website.

    injector pump adjustment

Steve its supposed to be left with a vent to the atmosphere...otherwise you will prob get odd results. I just cut the pipe on mine leaving around 6 inchs....pointed down toward the ground....nothing inside to get dirty. Or you can fit a filter of some sort...but it should not be plugged.

    Serviceable Swivel?

If you have FWHs fitted lock them once a month for a few miles the get splashed with oil then...a few lock to lock turns as well.

    Are These 1 ton Rims?

I'm not sure they are even 16inch.

    Serviceable Swivel?

Look ok....maybe better than some new ones...as somebody else said....lookout for rough bits on the chrome that could nick the wiper seal...if you find and just smooth off with a very light file.

    injector pump adjustment

Before you mess with the timing...the pump boost pipe from the old turbo that goes to the injector pump....how did you terminate it at the pump end....this is important.

Series 3 questions about heating system

Water will flow into the heater is the thermostat is open or closed. If the valve near the front of the engine is not fully open water will not flow around the heater body. Just looking at your first post...says Santarna....do you have one of there engines fitted...if so there could be...

    Tubeless/tubed tyres

Fitted tubeless 205x16 to my tubed type rims many years ago and never looked back...no tubes fitted Std Series LWB rims. My mate runs the same...not a problem... won't come off the rim believe me. Much more reliable than have puncher prone fast deflating tubes...and a big weight saving. Nick.
