That's the kiddy held on with 2 x 8mm headed bolts.

Yes bought it from Famous Four on 7/1/2021 their part code BTP2275 was £109 + VAT they checked on vehicle age type chassis no etc. and it came with those fittings nothing else and was a perfect fit for my pipes on a 300tdi. Oh Bugger just realised i have taken pic of wrong Landy that is my 110...

Hi mate went back and took a pic for you. This rad is less than 2 months old certainly looks changeable to me.. Mine are different to yours seem to be a longer pipe sticking out

On my to do list as well, mine are agriculturally engineered so need changing or repair> tried to get some made up but the hydraulics firm we use for pipe couldn't do the right sizewd ends. used to tractors and plant i guess but someone must do them..

The diesel 200 /300tdi engine in defender the fuel is pumped by the Fuel Injection Pump, it is also fitted with a lift pump. Neithr of these are in the tank Believe either td5 or puma engine use and in tank pump, am sure some one will be along in a bit to confirm or add to this..

Thought you would have mate how thorough your work has been, easier to weave it into the build etc. Rather than try and access something or add bits after the fact

Looks a fantastic build, hope your proud of it.. Get some good security measures fitted asap, if you haven't already. Always nice when you have done a lot of work for it to drive well at first test..

Mine are a cone type but run differently to yours. Think you wont know until you undo the nuts holding pipe to the oil cooler radiator. If the engine is off shouldn't be too much leakage especially from top pipe. My 110 300tdi i had to take viscous fan off and cowling and top hose to gain...

Think they are a special.. Certainly mine had to be extended to get it to reach the oil cooler rad as the 200tdi sits further back in the engine bay on a defender than a disco

My 90 never parked, couldn't be bothered to take it to bits. Only did my 110 cos they didn't work at all

Thanks @Retroanaconda That is very helpful and comprehensive step by step instructions. Did most of that at some point or other fitting the new drag link and track rod. Will double check it though as it is on the ramp at the moment,
