I used proper carbon fibre tape and resin on mine as I didn't think it was load bearing

Check the U bend in the low pressure pipe to the pump. Known to rub against sump and leak. Griff

Use a bit of heat on the mud sheild bolts as they'll no doubt have had locktite on if factory

I have read that some folks have done the refurb without removing the starter. Took mine off ok and used a refurb kit several months ago and been fine since. Roughly where are you in the country in case there's someone close to help.

Hi, I think you'll find it's the SLABs that's involved with the ABS. Have you tried driving it and see if they re-set? If not the usual cause is a faulty wheel bearing causing false readings and setting our friends alight. Where abouts are you in the country? May be someone near with diagnostics...
