Are the guide rails firmly fixed in the boxes? Also are the boxes remaining stable when in use?

The dash lights are taken from HD free. The interior light suffers at the negative on the switch. Run another line to earth from the light and check the bulb / switch.

Rear heated screen relay?

I can't clamp both with the split charger box. They're packed at the sides with bubble rap. The split charger system is in a heavily drilled plastic tub for protection.

If it works, leave it alone. You will find year's of repairs and bodges that will take you months to work out. Start with the manual if you haven't got one.

Depends on the model, van or csw? Be aware you can use genuine LR blanks in the window cut out.

We've done that once. They were a pain in the arse to put back on but we'll worth it. Low temp wash and dry naturally.
