Be careful when changing the glow plugs, they can be seized, one of mine snapped and I had to drill it out!

Well just drove to the shops and when I came out took 2 turns to get going 😅 so might still need it sooner rather than later. I'll see how it goes for next few days. 2 turns is better than 20-30 that was before though!

Update: gave the contacts a good clean and seams to be starting on the button again 😃 not saying I won't need the fix kit but I'll see how it goes next few days 😉

So the next problem (in a long line of problems) is the car is having trouble starting. Just clicks then nothing. Goes after about 15-20 tries so thinking it's the solenoid. Without booting up rave where is the starter motor/solenoid? Hoping the contacts just need cleaned!

Mine turned out to be the injectors weren't tightened properly now only has a slight puff of smoke on hard acceleration which I think is the egr and associated parts as they are covered in crap.

She's done it multiple times in position 1, I'm pretty sure she's also done it with the engine running so was in position 2. Hopefully someone else can check as I won't be home until tomorrow to check.

You SOB! 😃 I've been struggling to find out why mine has been smokey from doing the injectors (smoke didn't start until a week or so after) and it turns out all of the nuts could turn another 1/4 - 1/2 turn! Now no more smoke! Didn't even think of checking the injectors as in my head they were...
