Hey - don't dis the pig - he's very sensitive about his weight and body odor - and anyway, he rides up front with me and the smells coming from the back. Shifty - it clears when its on hot, but does mist up over night. I think i may have tracked it down to the carpet in the back - can't think...

Afternoon all I've just got myself a 110 TD5 - and v happy. However its got a very musty smell about it. I've taken out the front foot well carpets and mats, and checked the back seat ones and boot which all seem dry. Any ideas? Thx

Too helpful Mr Storm - i was thinking something more specific like the sproket nut on the off side wey bearing needs at least 3 8ths play or summit - But i can go with the other recommendations - the missus is still in to dirty - its win:win :-)

Off to look at a very nice looking Series 2 tomorrow but i need a top 5 things to make sure i check on before i part with the dosh (also its 100 miles away so would want to part with it there an then). any ideas experienced types?

I'm in Bromley and Tonbridge so if anyone's near with a diagnostic kit i would be eternally grateful. All the lights have come on over the past few weeks, the latest today the brake warning light. Appriciate it could be just about everything now, and i prob shouldn't drive it until fixed...

Cheers guys - they are def female terminal connectors, they just have massssive sheaths on them. i could see one of the wires which was black, not sure of the other. MTurri - i don't think they'd reach... they are litterally hanging down near the starter...

just been under my Disco 2 and seen 2 female connectors while changing the transfer box oil... picture attached - any ideas?

Morning all had a MOT fail due to the mounting of the headlamp being broken - does anyone know if i can get the mountings individually, or i need to buy a new light? I'm really good at buying the wrong part so would appriciate any pointers Robbo
