Yes it will fit a 200tdi but not a 300tdi or nothing newer as the length changes.

It's has done about 10k miles & the joints are ok but they are easy to change anyway. I don't know what make it is but it came from mailorder4x4. All the engine bitz are in good condition just been in the shed for the last 6-9 months & I've now gone to a 300 so no good to me any more.

You can offer me £50 but you won't get it & it won't fit, it's too short.

A group of 10 of us did wales a couple of years ago, only one broke a diff (big tyres). Took out the shaft's & drove home. I've done Scotland (1200 miles all round) with no problems. I'd say fill up with derv & enjoy.

This is what it should look like by the time your done. The easiest way is with this mount, I did mine in a day with 1/2 day making the exhaust fit.
