Defender 200 tdie engine in for some recon work and apparently the main bearing has turned in the block. Man says it will be getter to get another block to work on! So question is where can i get one pretty quickly. just the short and bare block needed

ive got a spare block but would need boring ,sounds an unusal issue never seen one do that and ive stripped hundreds

Why not just line bore the original block?
