    No for the whole job, removing and re fitting the coolent pipe, then the TB heater. The coolent pipe was really awkward to get off the header tank and re fitting it was a awkward job because of the way it's routed round the engine.

    just having a chuckle now trying to figure out how to do the job, no luck with Rave, so going to scout google and see what is what, I got the feeling it's just a case of drain the system, pull the pipes and unscrew the old throttle body and fit the new one?.     I think I have found it, I have posted a picture of a diagram I found, I think it's number 4 on the description, it's named as the "Throttle Housing Return Pipe". Does that sound about right. Cheers John
