No for the whole job, removing and re fitting the coolent pipe, then the TB heater. The coolent pipe was really awkward to get off the header tank and re fitting it was a awkward job because of the way it's routed round the engine.

Just to finish this off, it turned out to be the plate under the throttle body, with the help of my dad, we took the coolent return pipe off and inspected it, it turned out to be fine so we re fitted it, following the YouTube video I posted a link to the whole job from start to finish took maybe...

I think I have found it, I have posted a picture of a diagram I found, I think it's number 4 on the description, it's named as the "Throttle Housing Return Pipe". Does that sound about right. Cheers John
