The noise appears to be when the gear lever goes home in the gate as if its banging against something, wounder if its linkage or somthing.:confused:

Problem turn out to be the bearings had gone on the IRD end of the prop shaft plus the VCU bearing were on there way out, fit a 2nd prop shaft everything now run fine.

Hi Finally got around to sorting this out and as suggested just reversing the red ( the switching live) and the Yellow/Red (memory Live) on the ISO connector resolved the problem, it appear even when there's a recognized standard we still do it our own way. Thanks for your help.

And the final diagnoses is the front Diff mount had gone which in turn had caused a problem with right hand drive shaft damage £270 bummer, and the moral of this story is if you here noise get it checked out.
