Agreed, I note on one of the pistons, it has like a material type gater if you like, there is a small hole in it about 4mm in diameter, i'm wandering if they're ceased :-/

Ok, so I don't have a G clamp or piston compressor, will undoing the bleed nipple on the brake fluid reduce the pressure for more to manually force the piston back or is the G clamp the only way ? Ta !

Redult - just drilled it into like a v shape, than whacked in a large straight head screw driver and came out with no fuss !!!

Yeah just tried that, but seem to be drilling in the centre of the screw, maybe rotating the drill in a circular motion to drill top off ?

Ok, so today i'm changing disks and pads all round, got to first wheel, caliper off etc, no probs, come to the screw and its been semi rounded off by the previous owner, so i've attempted to undo it and it wont budge and is rounding off further, i've soaked in WD40 in another attempt shortly...
