Thats true and i have done. In my corsa ive fitted several additional lights/power points etc to add some missing functionality to a very basic car. Anything additional goes through a seperare fuse board in the boot as well.

Would they not be powered from an ignition live feeed? Thats how i have installed them on more modern cars.

With so many fault codes for things that you say were working previously suggests it is an electrical issue. What voltage are you getting at the battery? Any loose earths visible?

Sounds like it is just running cool which isnt necessarily a bad thing. I'd say that if the temp is varying in the fashion we would expect (hotter in traffic etc) but is just consistently cooler than average id say you were golden!!!

Thanks for your reply. That is as specific as i could have been at the time as i didnt know it would make a difference. Ive spoked to him a little more and he seems to be thinking along the lines of a 50L capacity one. Apparently impact guns require a constant feed so 50L is required however...
