I don't want to change the head unit. The parrot seems to be one of the best options for bluetooh connection, but if it works with the Visteon 6-CD original radio together with the amplifier is a question. I dont mean the Becker NAVI head unit with Harman Kardon, but the double din original...

My Freelander 04 has the Visteon 6-CD Changer an Harman Kardon built in. Will the Parrot mki9200 work with the system? Any replies would be appreciated. Thanks:)

I have to take the scuttle off anyway, because of the fitment of the heated screen.... And what is your experience..How much takes till the ice has been melted from the outside the the screen? cheers

I got my i930 yesterday and i would recommend it to everyone. The SRS light is no more active on the dash. It has been erased by this tool. I dont know how much would have to pay for this by the dealer, but i'm happy. It communicates not only with the engine, but with the srs, abs and another...

I have read in another land rover community, that it is difficult to retrofit heated front screen on vehicles with PTC electric heater. If so, the PTC heater must be disconnected, which means no warm air during the winter.. :rolleyes: Is that true? cheers

Hello! While i was looking for the wiring for the heated front screen, i spotted this plug ( 2 pins) /connector. It is grey. Situated between fuse/ECU box and passenger's wing. Could someone please tell me what is it for? Cheers:)

Job done... Led side lights and super white fog bulbs installed...:D

Will do the job with the clips relocating in the next days.. But the leak you mentioned from the gasket/Inlet manifold could be the problem also:eek:...because i can spot oil some oily parts...Could that mean that i have a head gasket/camshaft problem? thank you Gstuart

Where sits the camshaft cover? The clamps are not right to the end of the hoses but could try to relocate them. Gstuart: Which fan could spray oil? Do you mean the fans behind the heater? Thanks

Hi Gstuart, I ordered the clamps together with the slilicone hoses which costed extra..and tightened them very good... however the EGR Bypass has always black oily film where the hose meets the aluminium....I can take pictures... The crankshaft filter is also changed with the plastik BMW...

Hello guys, i replaced the hoses with DPH Silicone ones and put EGR Bypass from Allisport. The silicon hoses always get oily outside after driving at 140km/h on the motorway or just high revs over 2500-3000.... K& N air filter is also fitted. My freelander is Td4 Automatic... Is this...
