Hello!

I want to replace the fog light bulbs of my freelander facelift. The fogs are the factory fitted ones.

Does anybody know how they can be replaced? Do i have to remove the whole bumper, or just the surroundings??

:confused::confused:

Regards

Hope i can ask in the same thread without opening new one:

Has anybody installed LED H11 instead of the factory Philips or Osram bulbs?

I woild like to fit H11 leds and led side lights to my freelander..

Any suggestions..does or donts are welcome:)

Fitted led front sidelights nearly 2 years gone now , big improvement and have been fine , theres a couple of threads on here !

yeah .. fitted a 12-led type
wanted something to use as DRL's without being overly bright
but .. brighter than side-lamp led's on their own

probably useless as 'fog-lamps' .. not have had any fog about to try them
and .. i'd suspect the usefulness of even the brightest led's in foggy conditions

figured .. if i do come across some fog .. i'll rotate the headlamp units all the way down
'n see if that works ok for visibility ..

got mine from here:
Car Bulbs, Headlight Bulbs, Wiper blades, headlamp bulbs, Xenon Bulbs: Autobulbs Direct Ltd

btw: when you prize off the fog lamp surrounds (trim)
do so from the lower outer edge ..
as the upper inner edge has a locating tab that can be easily broken off

Always good to have you guys! Thank you for the replies!

HD3, good point regarding removement of the plastic trim!

Will post some pics after a while.

Cheers

Job done...

Led side lights and super white fog bulbs installed...:D
