Yes they just peel off with some pulling. Although mine were pretty warped, I found once removed they warped even more. But I prefer the look without them anyway.

^^ Thats pretty much how I took mine off, few screws and peel them off. Door trims are only glued on too if you have them. Just curious, are you planning on putting aftermarket arches on or just prefer the look without them? I currently have none on and quite like the colour matched look.

So my propshaft has been dying for a long time now, big clunks and stuff. And now its finally given up, managed to limp it home a mile very slowly, which felt like going over a cattle grid all the time. Anyway I don't think a repair kit is in order as it looks like its damaged the actual...

Make sure to have someone shift from park to 1st holding it in gear for a few seconds as you fill it.. this usually sucks up loads, just need to get the filler plug back in before it starts to come back out.

100nm :eek: I didn't know they had to go that tight, when I did mine I just done then up fairly tight with a half inch ratchet, I didn't think those joints were made to go that tight. Never had a problem though.

Just try not to do what I did and cut it off with a 1mm disc and no guard on the grinder.. It wasn't worth the 5 hours in A&E and having my knuckle stitched back together o_O and the bastard thing still didn't come out :rolleyes:

System enable supplies 12v to the amplifier from the radio unit just as it should.

Eell, I sorta tested some stuff. The radio output power on to the amp is working fine, and so is the constant power to amp. So it's definitely getting power. If I unplug the radjos audio plug, the amp gives a hissing noise, and when I plug the radio back in it goes silent. My guess is dead amp...

Err.. well I don't have any other radios to try.. or amps. I'll have to see if there is power going to the amp I guess.

I believe it was f17, and one next to it, which did cut power to the radio unit too.

Well this morning I had a dead battery, jump started it but noticed later I didn't have any music. The aftermarket alpine radio is working fine, just no sound, not even a hiss. I checked the 2 fuses under the drivers kick panel, and they are fine.. am I missing something? I'm guessing it's the...
