    Broken/snapped glow plug

A slightly better idea may be to pick a Torx bit thats a tight fit and to hammer that in, gives you a better grip on the glowplug body ( six points of contact instead of two ) and better leverage to turn it with a ratchet handle or similar.

new head gasket has failed:( help needed please

A better bet might be to source a replacement engine if this one is still leaking. As it doesn't seem to be leaking badly it may be an option to rebuild the replacement before installation or to get a recon unit.

    New door lock Problems???

I would take it back to the garage and insist that they fix the problem with the new door lock or I would want a refund on the whole job. Refitting the old dodgy lock is not a solution

    td4 goes limp

I have no personal experience of this but several people on here have had faults with corrosion on the connection for the fuel rail pressure sensor connector causing intermittent / fluctuating readings and resulting in running issues. I would check this connection is clean & tight.

    td4 goes limp

You seem to have covered most of the common / obvious causes. Have you had the fault codes read / checked? Sounds like a possible boost pressure fault, does the car smoke when revved ? Maybe along the lines of a split intercooler or faulty boost pressure sensor. There are many on...

    Wont turnover

Sounds like maybe the ring gear is damaged and the starter was jamming, rocking the car in 1st has moved the ring gear to an undamaged portion allowing the starter to engage properly and turn over the engine.

Caliper guide pin bolts for 2000 onwards.

I think the reason for the bolts not being listed seperately is that the correct type new bolts are usually supplied with the pads.

Caliper guide pin bolts for 2000 onwards.

I would have picked the same part number as No Dosh for the caliper mount bolts, the only other option appears to be STC 1914 but that is for vehicles up to ( V ) YA999999. Might be worth a look if someone has fitted the earlier pins ?

    Whooops, I do it again...

This is a common fault with the VW VVT's as well only real cure is to remove / strip / clean, and then reassemble with only the very lightest lubrication when everything is freed off and working smoothly with no tight spots. At least the hippo turbo is easier to get at than a RR full size or...
