Does anybody know how critical it is that the P38 Diesel runs at a constant temperature? The only reason I ask is that mine seems to run smack bang in the middle of the temperature gauge when its under load, going up long hills etc etc but when its going down hill or just cruising the temp falls...

Booked mine in a couple of months ago to get the pipes replaced. Ended up with a new cooler, new pipes and the bloody gearbox out as the pipes sheared off at the box as well. Cost me a small fortune. Best of luck Dave
