when i got my Disco 2 Td5 18 months ago it also ran rough and lumpy from cold. I filled up with BP Ultimate and this definately made a big difference. I never use supermarket fuel and also add 2so each time i fill up. Worth a try and not expensive.

I know you said abpout parts from E=bay. Have you looked at Paddocks site, they ship all over the world. Also some of the others like Craddocks.

When I had my Disco 1 I fitted a dash kit from Devon 4x4. What I used was a power driver with a flexible drive. Need the speed to get the screws to self cut through the plastic.
