the camber on the drivers side springs is tighter to compensate for the weight of the driver and the fuel tank that is constant. My two a does the same it bugs the life out of me. I replaced the springs as they were really bad but I also have the front to replace to see if this corrects the way...

Thanks, i did fit one of the wrong ones just to see if they were right, i found them ok to fit but then obviously came a cropper when i realised they needed to be liped.
