    I'm having a little trouble finding the correct length of bolt to remove my crankshaft sprocket, I've got the puller but the M5 bolts that come with the kit are only 60mm long but I need ones that are 80-100mm but just can't find any. Where did you guys get yours?

    Does the bits seem ok? the bores seem good. Maybe a teeney wee bit rough right at the top but no lip as such. Will pop some pictures of the head on soon.

    I've taken my head off and was wondering if you can have a peek at the gasket and see if it looks ok First 4 pictures are the gasket and last 4 are the gasket off. I also can't seem to see these holes that tell me what thickness of gasket I need.

    I've now taken delivery of my 200tdi and I'm looking to give it a full rebuild, I've got the 200tdi engine manual and a Basic Understanding, Do you think I should rebuild it myself or should I get somebody else to do the core components? I'm in 2 minds about it and I do feel a little Anxious :)
