    why not just ad a oil feed to the intake and a separator to the output its pretty simple but some compressors lend them self better than others i had the one on my (cough)Jeep filling a small tank taken from a hgv braking system was great for lots of stuff

    crash sensor, this is used in a crash to open the doors if locked and put the hazards on not sure where it is but someone will point you in the right direction

    over 3.5 ton yes not sure about the hours though they only count if you are Working not once you have signed off lets face it your not gona go to tesco with a mini digger on the back

    car jack location ? also what tonnage needed

    IMHO bottle jacks are better on a disco because they have more travel and can be placed on thick wooden blocks safely ,also better because they can be used on roughish ground as they don't need to move like a trolley jack.
