I have been changing my spill off pipes and think i have the same hanging loose line, same gauge as spill off pipe just hanging from the rear section of the inlet manifold and can not see where it connects to, it's not to the MAP because that's already in place. Any idea where this line connects...

Hi Have you checked all the other options and had connected to a diagnostics, i have the a fuel quantity actuator issue but i am sure it's not my pump, but that is what is displayed on a diagnostics. I suspect it's number 4 injector. but as for pump similarities i can not answer that.

Cheers for that Datatek. I suspected it might be sensors, it's been on the autologic today and is still displaying the same fault, crank sensor was checked and working ok, so i'm guessing it's going to be the injector number 4. Is it just replace injector number 4 to solve the issue?

had the same problem with fuel running back to the tank and difficult starting, i put a one way valve in the fuel line and everything ok now, just another idea for you
