not happy guys ..refitted head and ****loads of other bits too find same problem . losing water frm exhaust , warms up coolant pressurizing and starts steeaming out the bak , im now assuming block cracked ,, **** **** ****

got head back , passed pressure test , was badly warped but they have sorted it . not bad £55 including 2 heli coils . i getting bits together now to refit , waiting for water pump housing frm ebay . im having problems looking at the rave manual cant open it , ive got power iso but not sure how...

yes mate the water leak between block and ally housing was the cause of all the probs , my own fault should of got it sorted before i overheated it .

no mate i mean the big mounting that houses waterpump , with the fan belt tensioner on . its in a bad way realy .the 3 long bolts that attach it have all snaped off but i mananged to get them out the block with mole grips .
