dont have to put a hole in your roof either. If you bend the cable around the rain gutter or drill a hole in the rain gutter then you can easily feed the cables in through the corner of the door and down through the trim.

Yeah I checked that. I measured it and it is centred. It also does not appear to have been involved in a bump. The chassis is in very good condition for its age although I do think it is the original. It has had a 200tdi put in it by a previous owner.

Still very annoying though. If i moved the body across (assuming this is the problem) I wouldn't need to fit bigger arches they stick out about an inch at one side but not at all at the other. Didn't describe it well earlier. This is why it is so noticeable and why its bugging me so much...

yeah thats the kinda kit i was gonna buy but apparently on a 110 it doesnt actually produce a lift. Anyone tried this before?

Is it possible to get a 2" lift kit for a 110? Ive managed to get some 35" tyres cheap and was wondering if they will fit. I tried ordering a 2" lift kit from mm 4x4 but they say its just heavy duty springs and shocks not actually a lift kit. Cheers

Thats the plan. The fan siezed so that it was running at the same speed as the engine all the time and its costing me 20% more on fuel so what will I save by removing it completely!!

The viscous coupling has siezed on my TD5. I have the correct spanner to remove the locking nut but it will not budge. I know it is a reverse thread. Anyone any suggestions? Cheers

Yep they are def taper bearings. Mine is a 99 TD5.
