that is true but was just frustrating seeing everyone speaking about getting 37-40 mpg where I was struggling to get 30, but after giving it a service (oil, oil filter, air filter, crankcase fileter, turbo filter) and cleaning out inlet manifold and fitting a egr bypass its now getting between...

How would I know if it was the maf sensor? No lights in dash and I did unplug it and toOk it round the block and it didn't seem to make any difference to when it is pluged in is that normal? It is the air flow meter the maf sensor isn't it? Haha

im thinking of removing the inside of my freelander 1 td4s cat, I want it to look like it still has one so thought this was easiest option but will it still pass a mot? cant seem to find a definitive answer. also what are the real benefits of removing the cat? Any help appriciated
