Is the early discovery/Range rover transfer box any better than my one on my 1986 90 fitted with a 200Tdi discovery engine? its also running 265/75/R16 insa turbo special tracks!!!!:D

Does anyone know if a 200 tdi steering wheel (as shown) will fit my 1986 90????? are the steering columns the same?:confused:

We suspect that it might be sucking in air but could this cause eratic idling as its fine and smooth when revved. as anyone had the same problem?

Hi we bought a 200Tdi discovery engine to fit in our defender (which were normally aspirated) after two years we thought a 3.9 V8 would be a good idea so we got a range rover and fitted the engine in. we ran it and discovered there were a cracked liner!:mad: !!so engine rendered useless...

hi weve bought a discovery 200 Tdi engine and fitted it to our defender. lately we have rebuilt it it with a new turbo, rings, shells etc and have been told a big intercooler will increase performance dramatically is this true?:rolleyes:

Hi a bit new to landyzone so be gentle, weve just fitted insa turbo special tracks 265/75/R16's to our 90 and their catching on the radius arms at full lock and was i wondering whats the best way around this problem. As for a short term fix weve wound out the steering stops on the...
