As Discool said, some tyres are bad when its wet, If its a different make of tyre on the front, try putting the tyres from the front of your discovery on the back, pain in the arse but it might help. Is it road tyres or offroad tyres you have on the discovery ???????

When I put my light bar on, I just drilled a small hole in the gutter, fed the wire for the lights in at the top of the door. saves drilling holes in your roof which might end up leaking further on in time, But my switches are where the sunroof switch would be, just a pitty your head...

Mark one of the splines, eg, with a bit of chalk, marker pen or something then count round them, Still a pain in the arse to count them though, I used to use a needle to count round them, sounds stupid but it works, just a matter of counting the amount of times the needle lifts.

If you`ve got a warranty with the Disco take it back, After all thats the whole point of a warranty, Lets you know if the warranty covers whats wrong, if it dosnt cover what the problem is, then you know what needs fixed anyway. Good luck.

Hi james I had a similar problem with my 300tdi. Have you tryed changing your fuel filter. Might be full of ****e. I bypassed my sedimenter and changed the fuel filter. never had a problem since. I would try changing fuel filter first.

If you are that worried about it. Youmight as well replace both of them if the garage put a second hand part on. No point in just replacing one old arm if its piece of mind your looking for.
