    hello again mate,if you`ve had the hub off your half way there then , no i didn`t have to use too much heat at all , and once cleaned up you dont need anywhere near fifty tons , i reckon i could have tapped the new bearing into place with a lump hammer if it had come to it . rick.

    i think what eight is trying to say is "cooker ring lpg" = single point . very basic system , and its way to old tech to run properly when installed in a p38a . my present rangerover a 4.6 hse was fitted with single point when i bought it and to be honest it was a real pain , poor performance...
