Could not agree more with other posts apart from dont walk away, RUN.

Remove pipe from servo start engine check if vac in pipe against your hand.

I think it is press and hold trip counter.

First of all check oil level.

No real "tricks" just measure pipes you remove and make acordingly, can make a join where it suits you, and make sure you keep brake pipes clean when you push them through, tape ends. If old pipe is good enough tape string on to it before you pull it out and use this to pull in new one.

Could be in need of re-charge, could be worth getting it diagnosed to see if there is an electrical problem, blend motor ect.

have seen the metal heater pipe corroding it , from memory, runs round rear of engine and bolt on with bell housing bolts, recent clutch or similar work could of started leak if metal not great. Not allways easy to find as if tiny breech may only leak under pressure.

remove the trim with range rover on it (foot plate) run fingers along loom if bad you may find green ooze from insulation, that will be where its corroded, you can also feel all wires for swollen bits this can also be corrosion.

No one mentioned the RR was running or brakes on!!

does the fluid level drop when you pump pedal? Master cyl may of decided to call it a day, not common but can happen.

if it is a servo system i dont think it will have the adjusting nuts, cant think of one that does off top of my head.

Best to tell insurance, if you tell them and they say its ok they cant argue if there is a problem later, if you dont tell them they will use any back door to avoid paying out.

Any fault in hevac system will take book up, very common fault is "clutch fault" usually needs re-charge if there is no leak in system.

Starting with obvious (dont be ofended) did you fit all parts, did you make sure push rod entered slave cyl, did slave fall to bits when you removed it? If all that ok is there fluid in master cyl if yes try pressing clutch several times quickly to see if pedal builds up if yes you need to bleed...

Have you checked waste gate operation?

If engine not running how do you know if you can sellect gears? did you replace any cylinders?
