    S/S Silencer

The silencer is a lot shorter. Whether that will affect anything apart from aesthetics I don't no. There is no difference in the price of the two because they are both priced at £150. I have been informed that the noise will be a raspy sporty noise with slightly better performance and MPG. I...

    S/S Silencer

For those interested. I spoke to Mansfield 4x4 and asked if the picture on their web site is SE88s. They said yes so I asked for a picture of the one they would sell me. Here it is. I'll give Simon a few days to get back to me then order it.

    S/S Silencer

Just spoke to Mansfield 4x4. Apparently SE88 (Simon I think he said) used to supply them but don't anymore. He wasn't selling to many by all accounts and stopped supplying them. Mansfield supply their own.

    What screwdriver

You sure. I thought I see screw heads as well as plastic rivets although I can't be sure. I'll have another look tomorrow. Is it still worth taking them off prior to waxoyl treatment?

    What screwdriver

I'll start a new thread as no one answered the question on my thread regarding the waxoyl. Anyway I need to remove the plastic trim on the underside of the car (series 1) because I'm having it waxoyled this coming Saturday. I have been under it tonight with a couple of screwdrivers but none...

    Waxoyl Treatment

My car is getting waxoyled next Saturday so I better take that plastic trim off that runs the length of the car underneath but before I do can someone tell me what sort of screws are holding it in place and any advice getting the trim off. Also is it worth leaving it off if it attracts ****e? Thanks
