Hi I'm looking at some General Grabber AT2 255/65R16. I have a standard 95 Disco and wondering what mods I may need. I've looked though the tyre size thing at the top of the page and it don't say anything about these. I'm not too worried about turning circle. regards Steve

Hi I have a silver 95 5 door disco I've broken and I have the bare bottom half of the doors in resonable condition. If anyone wants them they can have them so just PM me oh and I'm in Stoke-on-Trent. Steve

What check have you had done? I've had sniff test done on two 3.9V8 and they both came back fine. Does it have LPG cause mine do? That maybe why they didn't show. I then did compression test that showed the gasket had gone. Other people have found a small leak towards the back of the engine...

AH I see if I were you I'd try the Irontite just get it running for now. If its a porous block it won't do any more harm until you decided what to do!!

Is there air in the coolant system that would indicate the block being porous , I've followed this on your other thread and I'd personally try a new heater matrix. If it's slightly blocked the coolant flush won't reach it as it will hold coolant when you drain the rest of the system. Just a...

I don't have any of those symptoms at all just cold heaters if I'm on tick over and the fans on full. If I have the fans on number 2 they stay warm and get hot whilst moving. Also to scarr if you say that they get hot under pressure then you will get flow from putting a hose though it as that...

What with no coolant loss, no over-heating, no over pressurising in coolant system, no sings of water in the oil and no excess steam from the exhaust???

The problem has only come on in the last week. Before that the heaters were blowing red hot!!

I have LPG fitted so I know that it s flowing round just not though the heater matrix unless I'm moving or hold the revs up to 2000rpm. The thermostat is new, now I've removed a good water pump n fitted a new one , so there's only one thing left really.

How do you know the matrix isn't blocked? Also do you have loads of pressure in the hoses and when you take off the cap on the header tank? I have a spare matrix so going to swap that I think

Or a four point harness may be fitted in the centre. Pick them up cheap on E-bay. :)

Hi did the water-pump solve this?? I've just fitted a water-pump today and still have the same problem. I know its not the thermostat, so the only thing I can think is that the heater matrix needs flushing. Anybody have any other idea's???
