If the top slam panel is okay then all you need is a LH & RH of the part that The MHM linked too. I did mine recently, you can see the new part is painted black in my pic below. Don't know where you got £750 from?? Each side is only £75

There are several if you look on ebay but you really need to count how many splines your steering shaft has to be sure you get the right one. eg THIS 29 spline or THIS 36 spline LR changed em a couple of times through the life of the disco

Yes, two O2 sensors standard fit with the cats and sound like two for the LPG. As LPG burns cleaner and yours is a 92 you could fit a non cat downpipe and get a couple of O2 sensor bosses welded on and refit the LPG O2 sensors
