Could be wheel balancing. I had this problem on an old range rover. Fine at low speeds but had a massive vibration above 60mph it was because it had no spigot rings.

Also if you get a bigger puff of blue smoke in the mornings it can be because oil seeps through the seals overnight

It could be valve stem oil seals. I'd be extremely doubtful of piston rings being worn at that mileage. Also was it a genuine/good quality or cheap head gasket as it could be a breech from an oil gallery to one if the cylinders. Mark

My britpart pump lasted a few hours! Resulting in a cooked head gasket. Still waiting on a claim payout adter 10 months from paddock spares If it was me I would buy a good quality pump and replace it.
