    I've got a small mountney wheel and a 6 bolt box also, did have some problems a while ago with the steering being stiff, it was 1 of the swivels on the steering column. You say you have a few bits lying around maybe you could change the size of the pulley so the pump spins faster. Lee

    You say that there is power at the fuse box but none at the bulkhead, sounds like a broken wire to me, send a new wire direct to lamp unit and see if it cures problem. Lee

    Think about wiring in a relay under the bonnet so you can do away with the hand held lead and instead have a toggle switch in the cab, believe it's a relay off a FLT. Lee

    Don't buy the cheapy ones from Paddocks, they last weeks not months, fitted some GKN to mine a while back and seem to be doing well after maybe 20,000 miles, regular grease is the key. Lee

    I've just bought my 110 into Oz and to pass the quarantine inspection was a nightmare, took weeks of cleaning to get it to pass the standard, believe that NZ is just as strict as here. Good luck Lee
