Using the 4.6 crank and rods in the 4.0 block will be fine, also use the 4.0 pistons to raise the cr a bit, re trigger wheel I used a bit of the cardboard box the the vr sensor came in folded over gave the correct spacing between vr sensor and trigger wheel

Should be fine at that temp, also try putting 74 deg thermostat in it and with the fans kicking in at that temp you should be good

Defo go full ms if you can afford it mate, well chuffed with my ms on my 4.0 still trying to understand the tuning but megalogveiwer makes things a doodle to get a good tune, every time I get in my 90 now I have a big grin, best thing I ever did

Doc the video makes it sound tame in reality it's bloody loud, it's goes in on Monday to get a decent exhaust made then It can be tuned once I figure out what I'm doing with ms;)
