Hi,

I find myself reassembling my recently acquired Disco 2 V8 engine after a water gallery failure & re-lining. The top end of the engine wasn't disassembled by me, so finishing off the installation is proving tricky. I am currently stumped on fuel lines. I have two 'candidates coming forward from the bell housing. Both have push fit ends, one straight & one 90 degree. I know neither is the purge valve line, so one must be a fuel feed line to connect to the fuel rail. Don't know which though, & what the remaining line will be (another vent?). All suggestions welcomed for what is likely to be a fun time putting the top end back on!

If i re member rightly the purge has two connectors one strait and one with a 90 deg, as mhm says things get really confusing when it comes to Thor, good luck thou sorry can't help any more

Problem solved. Took a look at the fuel tank & the grey nylon pipe is the only type leaving it. Assumed the black plastic type was some sort of vent and connected in the 90 degree elbowed jointed grey pipe. Started it up tonight & it runs, just about. Time for a new thread to diagnose a lousy misfire & Fixed charge light!
