Broken plate on top of box is the r380 normal gear change issue.

Master cylinder and flexi at the same time.

Measure the bulkhead width gap and then bolt a plate or bar across at that width. This will keep it at the correct distance for refitting after welding. Is that what was worrying you.

Shock absorber stops it dipping, might be broken or busted. Stand on bumper and bounce up and down and see if it is different from other side.

Did the orange light not tell you it was getting close to empty.

Normal car mat in mine and make sure there is a way for the water to drain out as well.

Remove the cover, drive for a day. Fit the cover, drive for a day. Come back and tell us your findings. Your ears are the best test equipment.

Make it so it can't rev up. Screw out the throttle stop bolt at the pedal if fitted. Adjust the throttle cable so at pedal to floor, it only goes half throttle or whatever you choose.

They make a big difference and work well. Without the cover there is a very harsh diesel noise in the cab, cover on, it takes the high end diesel noise and basically muffles it. Guessing that is is the reason LR put it there in the first place.

Is the battery still up to the job. As it gets weak it slowly has trouble spinning the engine fast enough. Eventually there is not enough grunt to start it at all.

Mot history says it is not unmolested and original. Extensive welding done in the past and I never even looked at it all. Wing tops are totally molested and that alone would stop me buying as an unmolested original vehicle. Probably needs a new chassis, mot history says it was not looked after...

Temp sensors are cheap to replace and give problems if the above is OK.

Just bend the other side in to the middle then get a screwdriver behind it and lever it out to the middle, bending it out as you go.:)

My ex 110 had a rear brake cylinder leak and by the time I got a brake pipe to open properly, I was at the master cylinder. The joint you are opening is usually the best one for success but I would get the wd40 on the bleed nipples as well and maybe give them a test to see if they will open.

This combi was the smaller one. I think it is the big gap that makes the 750s look smaller. 31 1/2 " tall give or take a 1/2" or so.:)

That looks like standard to me. Basic shocker at least. Height looks good as well.

Well done in not having a driver side leak.:) Water hose, torch and helper is the way I go about looking for a leak. I just make sure it can drain out.
