    Yes

Nice one, got one of our P38's through the MoT last week with only an extra £20 for a seat belt buckle, very pleased. Not looking forward to having to put the old Disco through in the next couple of weeks though

Great Dorset Chippie Run Part Deux

For those that may be interested, I have designed a t-shirt for the run. Zan's Tee's The mens and ladies t's are £20 each, £5 from each one sold will go into the just giving pot and the kids t's are £15, with £3 going into the pot. I would like to point out that I'm not making any profit on...

    Oils

S As has been pointed out, sunflower oil is just another variety of veg oil. We currently run both our P38s and my 300tdi disco on a diesel/used veg oil mix at about 40/60 in the disco and 30/70 in the P38s, though we'll be thinning down the mix somewhat for the winter, most likely 50/50...

300tdi sub merged in water at weekend

Have you managed to sort it yet? If not, was just having my morning tea and banana and thought, have you checked the injectors. Whilst I've never submerged my disco, when it's lumpy and smokey it usually means I have a clogged injector.

where are these disco prices coming from

I've heard that the Army still buy all their defenders with the 300tdi in them as it's the most reliable and easiest to fix in the field, particularly compared to the TD5 I paid £600 for mine last year, then spent £1000 getting it up together for the mot 5 months later, but most other things...

    Model Recommedation please!

I've got a '94 300tdi disco, which, after the initial expense of geting the boot floor replaced, I have done most of the maintenance myself (except the really heavy bits, I is a girl after all) and I absolutely love the old girl, and I've also learnt a lot. Its great off-road, just been out on...

Lots of new tyres out there who runs what ?

I got Grabber AT2's on mine, served me well enough last winter, and just pulled me through a wkend of mud on the plains too. Even got a spare set in the garage, on rims, for when these ones are worn, coz they were too good a deal to pass up.
